Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Cute Cat Coder handles information in Cyber Clinic: Alien Repair ("Cyber Clinic", "the game", "we", "our", or "us").

Summary

Cyber Clinic does not require an account. The game is designed around local progress, optional rewarded advertising, and consent-gated analytics. We do not intentionally collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, contacts, precise location, free-text messages, or files from your device.

Information Stored On Your Device

The game stores progress locally on your device, including level progress, stars, virtual resources, settings, privacy choices, language preference, daily challenge state, and similar gameplay data. Removing the app or clearing app storage may delete this local progress.

Advertising And Consent

Cyber Clinic uses Google AdMob for player-initiated rewarded ads. Rewarded ads may offer optional helpers or bonuses such as supply crates, rescue actions, revives, or doubled rewards. The game does not use automatic interstitial ads, banner ads, or passive ad placements in the current release.

On Android, the game uses Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) to request advertising consent where required. The game also includes an in-app personalized ads setting and a Privacy Options entry point when UMP reports that this entry point is required. Ad requests are blocked until UMP reports that ads can be requested.

Google and its partners may process device identifiers, advertising identifiers, approximate location, diagnostics, and ad interaction data to provide and measure ads. Learn more in Google's policies at https://policies.google.com/privacy.

Analytics

Cyber Clinic may use GameAnalytics and Firebase Analytics after accepted privacy consent. Analytics events are limited to gameplay and app-health dimensions such as app opens, screen views, level progress, rewards, virtual resource changes, optional ad outcomes, clinic upgrades, and aggregated friction signals.

We do not intentionally send names, email addresses, phone numbers, contacts, precise location, raw local file paths, pending reward tokens, raw advertising IDs copied into game events, or free-form user text to these analytics providers.

Data Sharing

We may share limited data with service providers that help operate the game, including Google AdMob, Firebase, and GameAnalytics. These providers process data according to their own terms and privacy policies. We do not sell personal information.

Children

Cyber Clinic is not directed to children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can review the issue.

Your Choices

• Use the in-game privacy and personalized ads controls where available.
• Use the Privacy Options entry point when it is shown in Settings.
• Use your Android device settings to reset or limit your advertising ID.
• Clear app storage or uninstall the game to remove local progress from your device.

Changes To This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when the game, SDKs, advertising behavior, analytics behavior, or legal requirements change. The latest version will be posted on this page.
