Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of Cyber Clinic: Alien Repair ("Cyber Clinic", "the game", "we", "our", or "us"). By downloading, installing, or playing the game, you agree to these terms.

License

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the game for personal entertainment, subject to these terms and the rules of the app store where you obtained it.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the game for unlawful, harmful, abusive, or fraudulent activity.
• Reverse engineer, modify, redistribute, sell, rent, or sublicense the game except where allowed by law.
• Interfere with game operation, advertising systems, analytics systems, or platform services.
• Use cheats, automation, exploits, or tampering to gain unfair rewards or disrupt the experience.

Virtual Items And Rewards

Cyber Clinic may include virtual resources, stars, cosmetic or progression items, and optional rewarded ad bonuses. These items have no cash value, are not money, and cannot be exchanged outside the game. We may adjust rewards, progression, level tuning, and available features as the game evolves.

Advertising

Rewarded ads are optional and player initiated. Completing an ad may grant the advertised in-game reward, but ad availability is not guaranteed. No-fill, network issues, provider errors, or early dismissal may prevent a reward from being granted.

Local Progress

Game progress is stored locally on your device in the current release. We cannot guarantee recovery of local progress after uninstalling the game, clearing app data, device loss, operating system failure, or store migration.

Updates And Availability

We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the game at any time. We may also update these terms when features, platform requirements, or legal requirements change.

No Warranty

The game is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted operation, and error-free operation.

Limitation Of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cute Cat Coder will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, progress, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the game.
